Delivery Information

We are committed to delivering excellent customer service and your order will be processed as soon as practicably possible. Orders received by us before 2pm on a Queensland business day will be processed at our warehouse on the day of receipt.  All other orders will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping (excluding Furniture and Bulky Items)

For Orders over AUD $150, enjoy free shipping throughout Australia.  Orders under AUD $150 will incur a $10 postage charge which will appear on your Order at time of checkout.  Orders are sent via a specialist courier or Australia Post.  Delivery times to major metropolitan areas on the East coast of Australia are typically 1-3 working days while other cities may take 2-5 working days and regional areas may take longer.  Delivery of products is not under our direct control and these time-frames may vary.

Furniture and Bulky Items (identified by a truck symbol)

If purchasing furniture or other bulky items, enjoy free delivery to all major metropolitan areas on the East coast of Australia for orders over AUD $1,000.  Orders of furniture and bulky items under AUD $1,000 will incur a $59 delivery fee to all major metropolitan areas on the East coast of Australia.  Delivery times will vary depending on our carrier’s availability.

International Customers

Please note: the product for immediate sale on this website is sized specifically for the Australian market. Additionally, the shipping costs advertised on the website apply only to deliveries within Australia. We are happy to field inquiries from abroad and will endeavor to accommodate where possible.
